How much will it cost to ship to my country?

We offer FREE USPS Priority international shipping on orders of $50 or more. Otherwise, it’s easy to calculate your shipping cost! Once you have an item in your shopping bag, click ‘Estimate Shipping’ at the bottom of the page to select your country and calculate your approximate postage cost. These shipping rates are based on the carriers’ standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.

Also, please note that PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are the only ways we’re able to process international payments. All prices are displayed in US dollars. We are also currently unable to accept international phone orders.

 

How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive?

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!

Once your order is shipped, your transit time will vary depending on your shipping option, destination country, and the customs process for your country. Please see more details below.

1. United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail International – our most affordable & most popular option:

  • Delivery typically takes between 7-21* business days once shipped from our Fulfillment Center. After your order has shipped, expected delivery in:
  • About 7 business days to Canada
  • About 10 business days to Europe & Latin America
  • About 14 business days to Asia & Africa
  • This shipping option does not provide tracking information.
  • Available for international orders weighing up to 4 lbs.
  • *Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

2. United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International:

  • Delivery typically takes between 3-10* business days worldwide once shipped from our fulfillments center. After your order has shipped, expected delivery in:
  • About 3-5 business days to Canada
  • About 6-10 business days to Australia
  • About 5-10 business days to the UK
  • This shipping option does include delivery status updates.
  • *Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Delays in customs can also increase the delivery time.

3. FedEx International Economy:

  • Delivery typically takes between 3-10* business days once shipped from our fulfillment center. After your order has shipped, expected delivery in:
  • About 2-3 business days to Canada
  • About 3-4 business days to Australia
  • About 3 business days to United Kingdom
  • About 2-5 business days Worldwide
  • This shipping option does include tracking information, which we will email to you once your order’s on its way!

What about duties, customs, and additional fees?

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies. International Returns Policy

International Returns Eligibility Window: To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfilment Center within 60 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 10 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:

  • Returns received by Bag Me between 61 and 90 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

  • If you received an order from Bag Me as a gift, you can still return! We’ll issue you a Bag Me store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.
  • Gift recipients are not eligible for cash refunds or exchanges.

What if there was something wrong with my order?

  • Please Email us at support@bagme.co.za immediately with your order number so we can track shipping.
